Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in India, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and tailored solutions. Key tasks include overseeing project execution, managing deliverables, monitoring timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will act as a consultant, ensuring clarity in client objectives and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Expertise in Program and Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines and oversee deliverables

  • Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to effectively engage with clients and present findings

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a collaborative, agile, and dynamic team environment

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred

  • Prior experience in research, client servicing, or consulting roles is an advantage

This is a full-time Senior Product Manager role based in India, structured as a hybrid position, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, gathering product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Additional tasks include establishing product roadmaps, aligning with company objectives, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Product Management, including product strategy and development lifecycle

  • Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and understanding of Consumer/B2B landscapes

  • Proficient communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for project management

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining an analytical approach to solving complex problems

  • MBA or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
